CDLLife x Circle K $250 Gift Card Giveaway

Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on July 1, 2026, at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on July 31, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. ET ("Promotion Period").

Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

To be eligible, entrants must:

  • Complete the official giveaway entry form during the Promotion Period.
  • Download the free CDLLife mobile app.
  • Create a valid CDLLife account.

Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor, Circle K, and their affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, eligible participants must complete all required entry steps described above.

Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, and per CDLLife account during the Promotion Period. Multiple entries or entries submitted using multiple email addresses, accounts, automated methods, bots, or any other fraudulent means are void and may result in disqualification.

There is no cost to enter. Internet access and a compatible mobile device may be required to download the CDLLife app.

Prize

Thirty one (31) winners will each receive one (1) $250 Circle K Gift Card.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each prize: $250

Total ARV of all prizes: $7,750

Prizes are non transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

Winner Selection

Beginning July 1, 2026, one (1) eligible winner will be selected by random drawing each day during the Promotion Period from all eligible entries received.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification

Potential winners will be notified via the email address provided on their entry form.

Potential winners must respond within five (5) calendar days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Prize Fulfillment

Gift cards will be mailed to the mailing address provided by the verified winner. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, or undeliverable prizes resulting from incorrect or incomplete mailing information provided by the entrant.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.

Sponsor's decisions regarding all aspects of the Promotion are final and binding.

Privacy and Marketing Communications

By entering the Promotion, participants acknowledge that they are creating a CDLLife account and consent to receive promotional emails and other marketing communications from CDLLife and Circle K regarding products, services, offers, and future promotions, as permitted by law. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in such communications.

Information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used to administer the Promotion and in accordance with the applicable privacy policies of CDLLife and Circle K.

Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city, state, likeness, and prize information for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Circle K, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance of a prize.
