CDLLife x 7FLEET Driver Appreciation Week Giveaway

Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on September 13, 2026, at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on September 16, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. ET ("Promotion Period").
Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry and have a valid CDL-A license.
Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor, 7FLEET, and their affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, eligible participants must complete the official giveaway entry form and provide the required contact information.
Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address during the Promotion Period. Multiple entries or entries submitted using multiple email addresses, automated methods, bots, or any other fraudulent means are void and may result in disqualification.
There is no cost to enter.
Prize
Seven (7) winners will be selected each day during the Promotion Period. Each winner will receive one (1) $100 gift card to one of 7FLEET's participating brands: 7-Eleven, Speedway, or 7Collection, for a total of twenty eight (28) winners during the Promotion Period.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each prize: $100
Total ARV of all prizes: $2,800
The specific gift card awarded will be determined by the Sponsor. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
Winner Selection
Seven (7) eligible winners will be selected by random drawing each day during the Promotion Period from all eligible entries received as of the applicable drawing date.
A total of seven (7) winners will be selected each day, for a total of twenty eight (28) winners during the Promotion Period.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Winner Notification
Potential winners will be notified via the email address provided on their entry form.
Potential winners must respond within five (5) calendar days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Prize Fulfillment
Winners receiving a 7-Eleven or Speedway gift card will have the prize mailed to the mailing address provided by the verified winner.
Winners receiving a 7Collection gift card will have the prize delivered electronically to the email address provided by the verified winner.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, undeliverable, or incorrectly delivered prizes resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the entrant.
General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.
Sponsor's decisions regarding all aspects of the Promotion are final and binding.
Privacy and Marketing Communications
Information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used to administer the Promotion and in accordance with the applicable privacy policies of CDLLife and 7FLEET.
Participants may receive promotional communications from CDLLife or 7FLEET where permitted by law and in accordance with applicable consent requirements. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in such communications.
Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city, state, likeness, and prize information for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, 7 Eleven, Inc., and its respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from or related to participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
Taxes
Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance of a prize.
